Your wine country vacation or getaway will be completely planned for you by a Napa Valley insider.  I live here full-time and have connections that are not possibly available to planners who live elsewhere.  I want you to have a fabulous time here – you will be visiting my friends.  Many of my contacts are simply not available to the general public.
After an initial conversation in which you and I will have a lengthy discussion about your  interests – your likes and dislikes – I will plan as much of your time in Napa and Sonoma as you wish.  A few weeks before your arrival here, you will receive a written itinerary, maps, guides and any other information pertinent to your visit. 

Hotels: Because of my personal relationships in these valleys, I am often able to obtain lodging for you at a better rate than you will find from others or from Internet websites.  Give me a call before you book your own lodging.

Fees: My fee is $100 per hour, with a minimum of five hours.  I pride myself on giving far more than my clients expect.  You will definitely get your money’s worth.  A deposit equal to the minimum fee is taken when we establish a working relationship.  If you must cancel your trip before your itinerary is complete, up to half your deposit may be refunded, depending upon how much time has been spent on your arrangements and whether cancellations must be made by Wine Country Concierge.  My reputation is exceedingly important to me – I want you to be happy with my services.
